This listing is for 1 custom printed sublimation patch with a heat activated adhesive. The adhesive is on the white circle that comes with your patch. The rough side will go on the back of your patch, heat the glossy side while on the patch to activate the adhesive. Then peel the white piece off leaving the adhesive on the patch. Position the patch and heat. Do not put heat directly on the printed side of the patch.
